NEON MOUNTING AND DISPLAY OPTIONS

Sky Neon Signs offers almost any kind of neon sign wiring and neon sign hanging you can imagine.  We can attach units directly to various materials (wooden panels, acrylic, mirror, glass, tile) or place them directly onto a wall. They can also be mounted inside of a clear acrylic box, or have a glass frame built around them. Several methods of mounting also allow us to hide the power supplies from view, leaving the visible electrical component of your piece minimal and clean, if you want.

For this window sign, clear red neon is mounted above a digitally-printed logo that has been applied to the clear acrylic background. Transformers are mounted to the back of the acrylic.

Clear red single stroke neon is suspended with tie wire, hung from a wooden door frame. The transformer is on top of the frame, above the neon.

The wiring and transformer are mounted to the back of the acrylic. Also, at the top (and bottom), the plastic is folded back in a 90-degree bend, and a piece of light aluminum angle is secured under the (top) plastic fold.

Fabrication:
The wiring and transformer are mounted to the back of the acrylic. Also, at the top (and bottom), the plastic is folded back in a 90-degree bend, and a piece of light aluminum angle is secured under the (top) plastic fold.

Installation:

  • unscrew the aluminum angle from the top plastic fold.
  • fasten aluminum angle securely to the wall.
  • set plastic fold onto the aluminum angle and screw down through the existing holes in the plastic into the existing holes in the aluminum angle.
